Good dolly deal with Dafnery (7195isabel)
Have recently won a custom doll by Dafnery (flickr name) on ebay - 7195isabel
The doll came with a beautiful handmade stand that had fake grass. A blythe collector friend recently received a doll that came with a custom stand that had moss on it - Australian customs ripped open the box to inspect because of the moss and damaged the doll's face.
So being worried that customs may do the same with my beautiful doll/stand from Dafnery, I asked if she could send the doll and the stand in 2 separate packages. Dafnery happily obliged and I received both beautiful creations in good time :)

Great dolly deal: glorious redhead Blythe from puffypoogle
I recently bought a red haired factory Blythe from puffypoogle via Blythe Kingdom and Flickr.
She was very helpful in finding a good way to ship her over to the UK, and the doll came packed very carefully with white tissue paper to protect her from the bubble wrap.
She is a wonderful Blythe, exactly as shown in the pictures, and I'd have no hesitation on buying from puffypoogle again. Thanks! xx

Technically this isn't a deal but I think that how community members behave in transactions where there is no purchase is very telling of what they would do for the 'real' thing. Prncess Tomato had three spare bodies (Jenny,Icy,HiGlamm) to give away for the price of postage to the recipient. They were what I needed for some projects so I contacted her. She replied promptly.They got to me quickly and were as described. Needless to say, I would certainly do business with her.

I'm happy to say that I bought a doll body from astrosnik of Blythe Kingdom and everything went well. She carefully packed it, shipped promptly  and gave me an accurate idea of when I could get it (the parcel had tracking but not the detailed kind so she took the trouble to get that information for me as a courtesy).

Good dolly deals on BK
I did a trade on BK with Positively Thrifty; my Jerry Berry for her custom Blythe. PMs were friendly, the trade went off without a hitch, and I'd gladly sell to, buy from, or trade with her again!

I also sold a BJD to Polka Dot Rabbit, payment was quick and she let me know as soon as the doll arrived. Great buyer!

I bought a scalp from Milky Robot. She had a little delay in shipping but kindly let me know and it was no problem. The scalp arrived well wrapped and clean; no funky smells or anything. I'd buy from Milky Robot again!

I just completed an awesome trade with Happibug over on Blythe Kingdom.

My items were posted straight away, were really well packed and arrived with a thoughtful note. Throughout the transaction she was lovely to communicate with and very fair.

I also completed a sales transaction with Lightbeam over on Blythe Kingdom.

She was selling a Kenner scalp, and very kindly agreed to hold the scalp whilst I got funds together to pay her. My scalp was shipped straight away, again, really well packed and with a cute Moo Card.
